About the Bluebeam Research Scholarship
Despite technology advancements, data interoperability remains a critical barrier to streamlining construction processes. Since 2019, Bluebeam has given $20,000 annually into a CDX scholarship fund. Each summer, a new class of intern or grad student researchers will document a current state process pain point of their choosing using the CDX framework. Then, they analyze the root causes before proposing a future-state solution to our panel of construction technology experts. Every accepted applicant that completes the required activities within the required timeline will receive a scholarship check of $2,000! In addition, the judges select the most 'innovative' solution that will receive an additional $2,000 scholarship.
