FROM SHARED PAINS TO SHARED GAINS
The AEC Integration Summit isn't another conference to simply sit through. It is a collaborative working environment where people from across the built environment examine the workflows, handoffs, and information challenges that affect the entire industry.
Participants bring different perspectives to the same table, look beyond surface symptoms, and work toward practical ideas that can move the conversation, and the industry, forward.

THE 2027 CHALLENGE
INNOVATION IS ONLY PART OF THE EQUATION
As new AI-driven opportunities emerge, each Summit team will be challenged to hold the "innovator's paradox" in tension: embracing what is possible while addressing the human and business reactions that accompany change.
Because even the strongest technical idea must work in real organizations, with real incentives, established processes, and people being asked to do something differently.

DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES. ONE SHARED CHALLENGE.

BRING THE RIGHT PERSPECTIVES TOGETHER
EXAMINE WHAT WORKS IN PRACTICE
Each team begins with a workflow, information-exchange, or motivation breakdown experienced across AEC project stakeholders.
Teams are initiated by CPC partner associations and paired with CPC member solution providers. A cross-section of industry participants contributes the perspectives needed to understand how the challenge affects different stakeholders.
Through real industry scenarios, collaborative problem-solving, and candid conversation, teams examine their assigned objective and develop findings that account for both technical possibility and real-world conditions.

HOW DO MEASUREMENT AND MOTIVATION — AT THE INDIVIDUAL AND BUSINESS LEVELS — SHAPE SYSTEMS THAT SUCCEED UNDER REAL-WORLD CONDITIONS?
This question will help guide the 2027 teams as they explore the relationship between technology, behavior, organizational priorities, and lasting adoption.
